This piece is done on 6 inch tiles and measures 42 x 42 inches.
The client wanted a piece made that would represent several antique china
and glass patterns in her collection.
The basket was recreated from a small plate, shot with slide film, and then rendered up
from the slide and recolored to match old jadeite ware.
The ivy was recreated from a small piece of broken saucer. We then reproduced the
pattern to wrap the basket and tie it all together.
